Classic Italian Tiramisu
Italy most beloved dessert: layers of coffee soaked ladyfingers with silky mascarpone cream and bitter cocoa touch. A never failing classic.
Ingredients

✓Queso mascarpone500g

✓Huevos6 unidades

✓Azucar150g
-
✓Bizcochos de soletilla300g

✓Cafe expreso300ml
-
✓Licor amaretto3 cucharadas

✓Cacao puro50g
Instructions

Separate egg yolks from whites. Reserve whites.

Beat yolks with sugar until pale and fluffy.

Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth cream.

In another bowl, beat egg whites to stiff peaks.

Fold whites into mascarpone cream gently.

Prepare espresso and let cool. Add amaretto liqueur.

Quickly dip ladyfinger biscuits in coffee.

Place layer of biscuits at bottom of rectangular dish.

Cover with layer of mascarpone cream.

Repeat with another layer of biscuits and cream.

Generously dust with pure cocoa on top.

Refrigerate minimum 4 hours, best overnight before serving.
