Mac and Cheese with Cheddar and Gruyère

✓Queso gruyère100g

✓Queso parmesano50g

✓Leche entera600ml

✓Mantequilla60g

✓Harina60g

✓Mostaza de Dijon1 cucharadita

✓Nuez moscada1 pizca

✓Pimienta de cayena1 pizca

✓Pan rallado100g

✓Mantequilla para la costra40g

Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente. Reserve 200ml water.

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.

Add flour and stir constantly for 2 minutes to make a roux.

Pour warm milk little by little, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.

Cook béchamel sauce 5-8 minutes until thickened.

Add mustard, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.

Add grated cheddar and gruyère cheese. Stir until melted.

Add drained macaroni to cheese sauce.

Pour into a greased ovenproof dish.

Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and spread on top.

Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
