Panna Cotta with Berries
The quintessential Piedmontese dessert: vanilla cream with silky texture, unmolded and served with berry coulis.
Ingredients

✓Azúcar80g

✓Gelatina en hojas3 hojas

✓Vaina de vainilla1 unidad

✓Frutos rojos variados300g

✓Azúcar glass50g
Instructions

Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes.

Heat cream with sugar and vanilla.

Don't let boil, just heat through.

Remove from heat and add drained gelatin.

Stir until completely dissolved.

Pour into individual molds.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Unmold by running a knife around edges.

Prepare coulis by blending berries.
