Venezuelan Stuffed Arepas
Venezuela's daily bread: grilled corn cakes, crispy outside and tender inside, stuffed with shredded beef or cheese.

✓Harina de maíz precocida300g

✓Agua tibia400ml

✓Carne de res mechada400g

✓Cebolla1 unidad

✓Pimiento1 unidad

✓Tomate2 unidades

✓Queso blanco rallado150g

✓Salal gusto
Instructions

Mix precooked corn flour with water and salt.

Let rest 5 minutes.

Form balls and flatten into 1 cm discs.

Cook on griddle or pan 5 minutes per side.

Finish in oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Prepare shredded beef filling.

Sauté onion, pepper, and tomato.
