Indonesian Beef Satay
Delicious marinated beef skewers with Thai spices, grilled to perfection and served with a creamy peanut sauce. A classic street food dish from Southeast Asia.

Instructions

Mix chili, garlic, cilantro, lime zest, and fish sauce for the marinade.

Cut the beef into cubes and marinate for 2 hours.

Thread the meat onto bamboo skewers.

Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat.

Grill the satays turning until cooked and slightly charred.

For the peanut sauce, mix peanut butter, coconut milk, and soy sauce.
