Wakame Seaweed Salad
Refreshing Japanese salad of wakame seaweed with crunchy cucumber and sesame dressing, light and full of umami.
Ingredients

✓Salsa de soja3 cucharadas

✓Vinagre de arroz2 cucharadas

✓Aceite de sésamo1 cucharada

✓Azúcar1 cucharadita

✓Semillas de sésamo2 cucharadas
Instructions

Toast glutinous rice in a dry pan until golden and fragrant.

Let rice cool and grind in a mortar until coarse powder.

Cook minced meat in hot pan without oil, crumbling while cooking.

Remove from heat when meat is done and mix with lime juice and fish sauce.

Add toasted rice powder, chopped chilies, red onion and fresh mint.

Incorporate cilantro and green onions, adjust flavor with more lime or fish sauce.

Serve over lettuce with sticky rice or wrapped in lettuce leaves.
