Tacos al Pastor
Mexico's most iconic street taco: pork marinated in achiote and chiles, grilled on a spit with pineapple and fresh cilantro.

✓Carne de cerdo (bistec)1 kg

✓Chiles guajillo5 unidades

✓Pasta de achiote100g

✓Piña1/2 unidad

✓Tortillas de maíz24 unidades

✓Cilantro fresco1 manojo

✓Cebolla1 unidad

✓Limón4 unidades

✓Vinagre50ml

✓Ajo4 dientes

Prepare adobo with guajillo chiles and achiote.

Marinate pork 24 hours.

Thread meat onto a vertical spit or rotisserie.

Cook slowly while rotating.

Add pineapple slices on top of the spit.

Heat corn tortillas.
